Aho and welcome to another DancingBlackbird post.
I would start with thanking dad, but I’ve shanghaied his website again. Don’t worry, he does know so I do have permission, but he’s rather busy right now preparing for an upcoming event. He hosted our first Family Affair post, and seeing as it was one of two, it only seemed right for me to post the second for you here also. So, without further ado, I’ll get on with it.
Aho, and welcome to another Family Affair blog post.
In the last post you’ll remember us telling you all about Mum’s upcoming event next weekend, Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th of November, so we thought we would write a second post and show you exactly how Mum sets up and some of the items she takes with her to these places.
See, last weekend she had a similar event, so we nagged…okay let’s change the wording of that and say we reminded her…until she agreed to take a few pictures that we could post to show you all the pretty things she has available.
We thought it would be nice for you to get an idea of what these events are like before the next one comes around, and hopefully pique your interest enough that if you’re in the area and able to attend you’ll pop in.
If you are, and you do, don’t forget to stop at Mum’s stall, say hello and stop for a chat, she’ll be really pleased to see you. Of course, then you’ll be able to see for yourself how talented she is, and how beautiful her hand built pottery really is.
Who knows, you may find you’ll get a lot of your Christmas shopping done all in one place, but be prepared for her complaining a little about her daughter, because I just might have reminded her a few more times about taking more pictures to take the heat off Dad 🙂
Okay, we’re signing off for now and hope you all have a wonderful weekend,
Blackbird and Daughter.
Thank you for taking the time to read our post, and thanks, dad, for allowing me to take over yet again.
See you all soon.
